About the California Workforce Outreach Project (CWOP)
The California Workplace Outreach Project 5.0/6.0 (CWOP) is now in the Inland Empire! Supported by a two-year grant from the California Department of Industrial Relations, the IELCC and Inland Empire Labor Council will serve as Regional Co-Leads assisting the worker outreach and education efforts of 13 community-based organizations, worker centers, and unions in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
CWOP's latest phase focuses on ensuring comprehensive access to education on workers' rights, safety, and benefits for those who suffer work-related injuries or illnesses. The program is designed to enhance workplace safety across the state, empowering community-based organizations as trusted advocates to deliver vital information on worker protections and health measures.
